building a pro skateboard

i like tony hawk and specially willy santos so i think if i would build a pro skateboard i would start with the people's chapm deck of willy santos plus a set of birdhouse 52 inch wheels.

what would you suggest for my grip tape, trucks, hardware and bearing brands?

with what is available locally, im thinking of some fury trucks and bones hardware plus bearings.

what do you think?

Hmm... Sir, I think u can pimp that baby up with some mob grip tape, uh...indipendent, tensor magnesium or maybe venture trucks... N ur bones hardware also, if it's available there in the phils, maybe ud want to buy some Swiss bearings... Cge sir!

thanks for the input and i agree with you on bones bearings and MOB grip tapes. its available here locally.

as for the trucks, im thinking of trucker tracks because its the trucks that willy is using with this board. but its not available locally so i opted for grind king silver lo 5.0. Willy was using grind king trucks before he went to trucker. am i right? it is still available here but with a steeper price because of rarity.

oooops wrong spelling ako sa trucker trucks. its TRACKER trucks pala.

anyway, since this is willy santos's deck design. im thinking of making this custom pro skateboard a street grinder. one that willy santos himself might use. so i went to his willy workshop webpages and picked from his stores the wheels, trucks and hardware i can find in our local shops.

for the wheels, i picked the blue burst birdhouse wheel size 52 mm, para terno sa deck colors.

for the trucks, i picked his old lo 5.o grind king silver.

for the hardware, bones or thunder na lang kasi wala ako makitang upful brand.

for the bearing, any bones bearing will do. wala akong makitang ninja brand

for the griptape, wala rin ako makitang iron horse brand so i opted for MOB brand.

anyway sa motto naman ni willy santos na "support your local skateshop" game na rin ako. yan lang kasi meron dito na pareho ng binebenta niya sa workshop website niya.
